By working together cooperatively, the staff, students, parents, and community will respect each other and work to their fullest potential to recognize John Welsh students’ special needs and demands. These include but are not limited to experiencing success, recognition for accomplishments, and feeling supported, accepted, and worthy. By being committed to this responsibility that we all share, the values of achievement, perseverance, trust, pride, and tolerance for diversity will be prevalent and conducive to a nurturing, social, and learning environment at the John Welsh Elementary School.
